Hatha – An all rounded class focused on static asanas (poses) each held for 3 to 5 rounds of mindful breaths. Starting with focused breathing to let go of the business of the day, then build up the heat and strength based on the options you wish to take. Finish with a rewarded rest in savasana (corpse pose). Great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners who want to reinvigorate their connection of body and mind.
