Yin – A very slow paced relaxing class, where poses are supported by props and held between 3 to 5 minutes. This class is designed to ease and restore your muscles, tissues and joints. Especially the myofascial tissues, the thin, strong, fibrous connective tissues that extends throughout your body to provide support and protection to your organs, muscles and bones. Myofascial tissues is considered the place of chi/energy flows based on Chinese Medicine. Yin is a soothing class sure to refresh your body and quiet your mind.

Yin Roll & Release > This class utilizes therapy/tennis balls to massage into the deeper layers of our tissues that maybe a bit harder to target in other styles of yoga classes. Using the balls to find trigger points in the body to loosen or release excess tension and adding occasional yin poses to enhance the length and lubrication. A great class to compliment any fitness regime you may have
