SUP Yoga: A challenging but extremely fun and rewarding mix of yoga and stand up paddle boarding held at Port Noarlunga. Taking your practice onto a floating yoga mat is a great way to refine your balance. A very low key but highly enjoyable practice that will definitely put a lot more fun in your practice whilst enjoying the sounds of mother earth. We start the day with a short SUP demo, if new. Then paddle 5-10 minutes towards a calm area where we drop anchors and begin practice. Hire boards available or bring your own. Contact me for details
