In vinyasa classes we flow through a series of fun and engaging poses that are designed to synchronize with your breathing, while special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. This class offers a mixed level of options so you can take the practice with more ease or challenge. Finishing with a well-deserved rest in savasana to compliment the energizing practice with stillness and relaxation.

Vinyasa Level 101  >  This class provides more of an interactive, workshop feel. We break down poses or certain language that you may have been wanting to know about or questions that pop up at that moment. A great class to understanding Vinyasa style a bit more clearly, how to modify for those beginners or deepening the practice for those seasoned. Great class for everyone
