Calm class encourages all things relaxing, restoring and quieting. This class will have elements of yin, restorative yoga, breath work (pranayama), and meditation. Utilizing props and mainly settled on the floor

Yin, a slow and gentle paced class where all poses are supported and held between 2 to 5 minutes. Observing and shifting the sensation with each breath. All of poses are done on the floor utilizing props, such as bolsters, straps and even the wall to find the most relaxed state for your muscles while targeting your body’s myofascial tissues

Hatha Flow, not as fast pace as a Vinyasa and not as static as Hatha, just a little bit of this and that. Strong enough to feel the heart race but remembering to take it at a pace that best suits your mind and body for the day. Set your day’s rhythm in this class
